You get a much better interface, the ability to interface with multiple directories, and GREATLY increased stability. We've been using it since the new console was released, and it's been a MASSIVE improvement over WebAttendant.

I know the benefits of using Attendant console, but I have a problem with attendant console in testing lab.

When I upgraded CM 3.1 to CM 3.2(c), I did not get Attendant console software undef plugins (there is still webattendant).

What should I do to get this software?

Just download it from the Cisco Website.

It's freely available to all registered users.

You should install the downloaded package on the callmanager (Spirian-based installation)

Then you can install it on the pc from the CCMAdmin plugins menu.

(Note that it is still called 'webattendant' in the plugin page.
