Cisco Callmanager 4.1.3 SR2
OS Image 2000.2.7 SR8
I am having the following issue when I try to connect on https://X.X.X.X/ccmuser
After I write the username and password and click Log On, it is appearing:
"You could not be authenticated successfully. Please try again. (Reason: Automation server can't create object)"
That is happening only on Publisher server. On subscriber, I can access normally.

1. Please use only IP address in the userpages.
2. Restart IIS service on the pub and try.
3. Then, can you please try this:
regsvr32 "C:\dcdsrvr\lib\UMX.dll"
4. Are you using AD or DC? If you are using DC, you can look at logs at c:\dcdsrvr\
5. Also, look at logs at WINNT\system32\logs\W3SVC*\

That is still getting the same message error when I try to login.
Does anybody know another solution.
