Hi all,
As we all known, CCM supports (Automated alternate routing) AAR based on insufficient location BW. Is there any way to monitor the link quality (such as delay, packet drop %) instead of location BW. The reason of using this approach is that my VoIP between two different sites is based on public internet. If the internet is congested, it is good if the CCM can switch the VoIP call into PSTN.
Is that possible?? as far as I known, some vendors like Avaya can achieve this.
Thanks !!

I don't think that is possible.

It's not possible at present as far as I know, and it's not really practical either...
If you were to work out the current quality of a link (congestion etc) at the time of starting the call, you'd still have no guarantee that the quality wouldn't deteriorate at any point during the call... any changes in the use of the link would cause problems...
Really need to either make do with shoddy Internet calls or get a proper WAN link - at the moment there isn't a better option as far as I know..
