Hello, B-ACD v3.0.0.7 is configured on CallManager Express for Call-Queue and AA services with no option selected, just play a prompt and forward call to a voice hunt-group, when the call is answered by an agent, if he wants to transfer the call to another agent or end user, both phones got stuck, any buttom works, no audio, nothing, to recover phone have to unplug the phone to register again and the calls is dropped.
