B-ACD Call transfer not success

Hello, B-ACD v3.0.0.7 is configured on CallManager Express for Call-Queue and AA services with no option selected, just play a prompt and forward call to a voice hunt-group, when the call is answered by an agent, if he wants to transfer the call to another agent or end user, both phones got stuck, any buttom works, no audio, nothing, to recover phone have to unplug the phone to register again and the calls is dropped.

Hello, got more details about this issue, please take a look at attached file with debug.

 

This are the details:

Calling Number: 157-9399
Called Number: 1495

1495 it's the AA pilot number, option 1 is a hunt-group (list 301,302,303,304), the call was answered by 302 and then transffered to 203 with the results mentioned.

 

I can see the message: SIP/2.0 487 Request Cancelled

 

I appreciated any idea on how to fix this issue.
