What is the preferred method of doing backups? NT Backup, Veritas? I am brand new to this and I the guy who set it up is gone and left no info behind. Any help would be great.

be aware that you can use any SQL/Exchange aware backup packages, TAC just wont help you with them if you have problems - BackupExec is the only one we've tested with completely in house to the point where we can help folks with it if they stumble.
