BAT and softkey template

I'm trying to do a bulk change of the phones softkey templates. It doesn't look like I can do this in BAT. Is there any other way of doing it?

Depends. Did you configure each phone with a Softkey template? If you left each one blank, you can just change the SoftKey template in the Device Pool. That's the easiest way to do it, but only works if you left each phone alone.

The users that want to be changed are in various device pools. They all currently use the standard user template. We don't want to change all users in the device pools. Only a select group. So changing the device pool setting is not really an option.
