How do I update the Common Profile in CCM 4.2 using BAT?
This is the only way to change MOH for a group of phones now that the MOH has been pulled out of Device Pool and put into Common Profile.
I know individual phone MOH can be set using BAT, but I don't want to give BAT access to the helpdesk.
