Can anyone advise on how to force a group of users (approx 10) to login to 7940 phones before they can use them? We are using CCM and our general Company policy is not to require logins but this is necessary for a small user group.

I am trying to forward an IP phone to a long distance number. The problem is that an access code is required after dialing the number. Is there any way to insert a pause after the dial string and then pulse the code? Thanks
