We have CCM 4.1 at my office, some time some phone will go to HUNG mode(once the user dialed the connected to destination number automatically the call will disconnect or we will get the beep sound).

I have vg248 registered on ccm 4.1 .all the ports/phones attached can get callsbut if I pick up the phone on one of the ports it does not get a dial-tone , it gives a busy tone
