Blocked port under certain circumstances in eventbroker SDK (IM and Presence third-Party Compliance Server)

Hi,

 

we have a service that is using the eventbroker SDK and that works as an IM and Presence third-Party compliance server. Unfortunately we found a problem with the sdk in which the cisco provided library is blocking its port under certain circumstances.

Can anyone tell me how to get support for this SDK?
I can give more details about the blocking problem if anyone of the developers wants to have a look.
