Brand of Emergency/Elevator Phone to work w/ VG248s?

We are currently moving our Ramtel emergency phones from our legacy PBX to our VG248 analog gateways. We are having serious problems getting these to work consistently, apparently due to voltage fluctuations on the 248s.

Is there anybody else that is using Cisco analog gateways (particularly the 248) that has found a brand of emergency phone that works consistently?

Make use of Cisco 2600 series routers with FXS ports for connecting to Emergency Elevator Phones. It provides enough voltage for the phones to work properly.
