To determine what action to choose we would like to activate an IPCC-script when no-one answers within a broadcast hunt group.
I can't get this to happen since CCM doesn't allows members of a hunt list to be a CTI route point or to be redirected with CFA.
What I would like is a parameter on the huntlist that indicates whether to react to members CFA or not.
Have I missed something? Anyone that has solved this or have a workaround?
