Hello,
I have been reading about Broadcloud and Broadsoft from Cisco and would like to know if it could fit in my environment. Essentially we have many clients with CUCM and our small clients, 4-6 people in the office are all moving to providers like RingCentral and 8x8. Is Broadcloud and Broadsoft a solution that we can use to provide that type of service. Instead of us sending our clients to Ringcentral can we be the cloud phone provider using Broadcloud or Broadsoft? Are we are able to bill them, support them and sell the product to them at our pricing with our branding? Is that how this is supposed to work?
