If you see the following message on the blue screen,

STOP: 0x00000076 MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUEST

I think this is your problem:

"Stop: 0x0000076" or "Stop: 0x00000040" error message when the HP Insight Management Agent is configured on a Windows 2000-based computer

If your cust can catch the message on the screen the server blue-screens, it will be easier to determine if a software crashed the server.

The Cpqasm2.sys driver isn't installed. I'll have to see if they can catch the BSOD. Theres a registry setting I believe to tell windows to keep the BSOD up and not reboot, going to see if I can track it down and see if they are willing to add that for now.

Most of time when this happens the server reboots itself fine, but sometimes it just freezes up and nothing is on the screen and have to manually reboot.

This server has been completely replaced in past also for similar issue and no third-party software on it.

I've checked some of the other compaq/HP related drivers/services and the ciscoOS updates have been updating those to current versions per the compaq log on the server.

The MS link above has cpqasm2.sys but the filename is actually cpqasm.sys on the server and the version installed is newer then one in the link/alert web page you posted. But there is a newer driver available but don't know if this is culprit.
