busy out/DND extension

Dear all,

I have set up a hunting group with few extensions. How can the members busy out/DND their own extension if they don't want to receive call sometimes.

Even though they put the handset offhook, the phone will resume onhook state automatically within a minute. Can I disable this feature to keep the phone remain offhook state if the handset is put offhook?

I think the best solution for your problem would be to use Extension Mobility. User can log out of their phone and this way also leave the huntgroup. Unfortunately this means they also can't receive any other calls. You could mitigate this by using only secondary lines in the HG and switching between profiles which contain or do not contain those lines
