Busy Trigger Default...Change??

Currently the Busy Trigger is default at 2. Is there any where in the Services Parameters to change this to 1?

No, you use the Bulk Admin Tool

In CM Admin page, go to Application - BAT - Configure - Phones - Update Lines - enter the phones, or add a blank query to select all - the Busy Trigger setting is on the bottom left.

you are correct, however BAT will not change shared lines....Wish there was a way to change the default from 2 to 1 then I would not have to worry about as this customer will not use Call Waiting...Still have 20 sites to configure
