CA chain certificate upload in cucm

Hi Team,

we are unable to browse CUCM, CUC on internet explorer 11. CUCM version 8.6.2.

For CUCM publisher I have generated the CSR and got generated the SHA-256 Root, intermediate and tomcat certificate in cer format and uploaded to CUCM Publisher and restarted the tomcat service. In certificate list, I can see both the old and new CA generated tomcat trust certificate.

If I still check CUCM in internet explorer browse I get message as "page cannot be displayed". With " Show web-security" command I can see the new certifcate detail.

Can anyone please advice on this case.

Hi Java,

I used mozilla firefox it also has issue but work around is to modify the security SSL3 setting, but this is to performed by all user. ( ccmuser page)

In chrome, we are able to login but the drop down menu of DRS and OS dose'nt work.
