Call Failing and VPM on FXO is S_OPEN_PEND and 1 DSP FAILLING

Hello Guys

I have in my GW 2911 a state in my FXO port S_OPEN_PEND and i read that this is caused for signaling problem and them I read that It could be cause because my PVDM aren't working good so I checked them and I realized one of them is failing and one of them is good.

So is there a way that my call use dsp 7 and not 1? or fail state in my dsp 1 has nothing to see with S_OPEN_PEND state in my FXO ports?

dsp 1:

dsp 7:
State: UP, firmware: 38.1.2

For those who are interested the problem were resolve just changing the FXO card.
