Running Cisco Unity Connection 10.5.2 (yeah, I know... we're upgrading soon), and I'd like to run the Call Handler Traffic Report. The date range only goes to a maximum year 2020. Is there a way to change it, aside from upgrading?

Hi,
if the data is probably not there, how would you expect to get it?
Data is stored in round robin style. If the disk is full, the oldest files will be deleted automatically.
If there is less activity, then the time period is longer, for many activity, the period is shorter.
Why didn't you take the report for 2020 sooner? Why doing it now, one and a half years later?

Presumably the data is there, but I may never know, since the tool will not let me choose recent dates.

I don't want the report for 2020. I want the report for 2022.

Thanks; that bug is surely the problem. As per the bug description, there is no fix for my version. It lists some CLI queries that I'll try, which may get me the data I need.
