After upgrading call manager from 3.0.11 to 3.1.3a (spD) and downloading the new phone load (P003........400) to 7960 phones, the voice quality between ip phones deteriorated. When the volume setting on the phone is high, echo can be heard. When the volume setting is low, there is no side tone. I am unable to get satisfactory quality by tweeking the phone volume. Phones are using G711 codec.
