Hi everyone,
Please I need a callmanager that will handle the below request:
Callmanager – should support IVR, Voicemail to email, Call logging (Call Details Record)
Am thinking about Call manager business edition 6000.
what is the part number for the business edition 6000 please?

Hi Rahman,
Please refer the below CUCMBE 6k\5k ordering guide, section "Cisco Business Edition 6000"
Cisco Business Edition 6000 now requires new Top Level part numbers CMBE6K-UCL-K9 or CMBE6K-UWL-K9. The old part numbers (CMBE6K-UCL and CMBE6K-UWL) are being withdrawn.
