Call Manager Installation Problem

Hi,

I am trying to install Call manager 4.0.I am using the ciscocm.4-0-DevPack-45.4 exe.After Extracting the files the the installation stops with an error.Find the error in the Attached file.The OS running on the machine is Windows 2000 Advanced server.I tried with 2003 too.Getting the same problem.Any idea why is this happening and how to avoid this

Do youhave any service releases installed ?

Is this 4.01 or 4.02a ??
