Hey,

With Call Manager Integration by UTIM, do I need to specify Call Manager failover IP? What is the failover IP for?

I always thought the only thing that I need is the CCM IP + MWI on & off codes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The call manager failover ip is the secondary call manager ip address. If you have two call managers in a cluster, a publisher and a subscriber, you would specify one call manager as primary and the other call manager is specified as failover ip.

Normally the primary call processing is the primary server and backup call manager is the failover ip address.

If you have only one call manager you don't have to enter the failover ip.
