call park

Call from PSTN ,answered and parked at phone A,then retrieve the call at B.It works fine. But it failed if trying park again at phone B at that same conversation. Any idea? Thanks

What version of CCM? Are you using H.323 or MGCP on gateway? What version of IOS? What is your PSTN interface (PRI, FXO)? This works for me.

CCM version is 3.13 a with patch f. GW is using H.323. It's 3640 with version 12.2 something. It's PRI.

Actually the problem came more weird when I did more tests.

1. Customer has two CCM in the cluster. If I set the publish server as the call park server, call from PSTN can be parked once, but call between internal IP phone even can't park once.

2. If I set up the backup server which is the active server as the call park server, call from external can't be parked even once. But call between internal IP phones can park more than once.

It seems it's the problem of CCM.

Did you set up the call park range in one server or both server. In my lab, everything is working fine with one server.
