call priority and greeting message

i have some questions 2 questions about voip solutions :

-it is possible to handle priority of calls on a voip gateways ?

- it is possible to have a greeting and waiting message on a voip gateways ,so calls not yet processed are forwared to the messaging system?

Priorirty can be set for gateways in such a way for a set of calls can be routed via a Gateway and another set of calls with another gateway

Whenever call is busy you can configure call forward on busy, where you will be having the option of forwarding the call to Voice mail which can be a greeting message / waiting message
