call transfer in CME

Hi;

I got one analog line which is connected to FXO port, and one IP phone 7960. I dial the line from outside and when I perform call transfer, with full-consult I hear the busy tone and with blind option,CME drops the call. what is solution?

You should post your config

but under telephony-service you could try:-

see if

transfer-pattern

is present, or CME will not allow transfer to non CME extensions. I've only seen the reverse of this but I don't have a working FXo to try it, mine blew up!
