need your support
my cx reply one strang thing to me
before yesterday,they can forward one call without the receiver pickup the phone
but today,when they transfer a call,must wait c receiver(reference exhibit) pick up the phone,in 7912/7940/7960 display screen show the transfer button,can any one tell me why,very very tks

A to B want to transfer C
B push transfer button
A call status chang to hold
than B call C's phone number
in previous,when B hear C ringback tone,79xx transfer button appear
but now,must wait to C pickup the phone,the transfer button appear

Try checking your softkey template. Just a thought. Make sure your "connected transfer" has transfer in it. If all else fails, try stopping CM service after hours. This should bring you back to where you are before, ASSUMING no config has changed to affect the transfer. What version of CM do you have?
