Hi all,
Is there a easy way to disable call waiting system wide in ccm 4.0 like before ?
This kind of parameter doesn't exist anymore in the Service parameter.
The only manner I have found is to configure each line with a maximimum number of Call to 1 and with a busy trigger to one ...
Hope it is not the only way ...

Call waiting can be Disabled under phone configuration and under service parameters under CallManager.

Hi Frederic,
You will need to be carefull when configuring maximum number of calls to 1 and busy trigger to 1. If this is done then what will happen is a call will come into the users extension and then the user will not be able to transfer the call because the maximum number of calls has been reached. To avoid this configure the maximum number of calls and the busy trigger 1. This way only 1 incoming call at a time but will allow the user to make a call as well which will allow to transfer calls.
