I'm currently running Callmanager 4.0(1) and was wondering if its possible to use callback when the called party is on the phone and voicemail picks up? I'm assuming it works and I have something misconfigured as I can't really see the value of callback if this isn't possible. Thanks in advance for the help.
I have same problem on cm 3.3.3. What I was told was that since the call actually gets answered, the callback cannot be activated unless a busy signal occurs. Sounded stupid to me as well, what is the point.
