I have a quick question.
Q. You know when you receive a call from an internal extension you can see the Callers Name and Ext. Number, I was just wondering if there is any way to create a database that the phone can use to look up names of numbers which come into the building from the outside world. i.e. When a Supplier calls rather than just seeing their number you could also see the Company Name.
Not sure if this is possible, although it doesn't sound like rocket science to produce. Any Help would be appreciated.
