Caller Unable to Login to Web Collaboration

Hi

I am using ICM sprawler setup with one MR PG and 3 PIM , one each for CCS , Outbound Dialer and EMail Manager and one call manager PG.

The agent is able to login to the Collaboration server but the caller with ICM routing is unable to log in.

The error message says that : Either you have entered an invalid extention or requested an unavailable agent.

Can any one please throw some light on the error.

Could you please check out whether NAT is enable between the user and Server.

try pinging the server. Do you server run SP 5 .

Thanks for you comments.

We are trying to simulate then scenario in the lab.

So I feel that there is no question of NAT.

There is connectivity in the machines.

Can you probably throw some more light on what can be wrong?
