I am trying to setup LDAP with my CallManager and I cannot figure out the syntax that needs to go in the LDAP User Search Base.

It needs to be something like:
cn=Users,dc=domain,dc=com
where Users is an OU and domain.com is your domain. It could also be:
dc=domain,dc=com
which would allow CUCM to search the entire domain.
