Hi,
I have a little problem :-). I have GK with a two local zone:
zone local TEST1 test.co.yu x.x.x.x
zone local TEST2
in the zone TEST2 I put a CCM cluster and in the zone TEST1 I put a ATA(H.323).
ATA is registered as a terminal, and CCM as a GWs. Problem is: I can't make calls between ATA and CCM.
Also, when I put another CCM cluster in the different zoe I can make calls between two clusters in the different zones.
This is a config. What did I miss:
gatekeeper
zone local MDS mds.co.yu 192.168.60.240
zone local NBS mds.co.yu
zone prefix NBS 7... gw-priority 10 TRUNK-TO-MDS_2
zone prefix NBS 7... gw-priority 9 TRUNK-TO-MDS_1
gw-type-prefix 1#* default-technology
lrq reject-unknown-prefix
bandwidth interzone zone NBS 128
no shutdown

Hi Mladen,
The problem is that gatekeeper is set by default to use proxy for calls to/from terminals. You can perfectly see it in sh gatekeeper zone status..For instance..
HQ-R#sh gatek zone st
GATEKEEPER ZONES
================
GK name Domain Name RAS Address PORT FLAGS
------- ----------- ----------- ----- -----
HQ ibm.com 21.1.1.1 1719 LS
BANDWIDTH INFORMATION (kbps) :
Maximum total bandwidth : unlimited
Current total bandwidth : 0
Maximum interzone bandwidth : unlimited
Current interzone bandwidth : 0
Maximum session bandwidth : unlimited
SUBNET ATTRIBUTES :
All Other Subnets : (Enabled)
PROXY USAGE CONFIGURATION :
Inbound Calls from all other zones :
to terminals in local zone HQ : use proxy
to gateways in local zone HQ : do not use proxy
to MCUs in local zone HQ : do not use proxy
Outbound Calls to all other zones :
from terminals in local zone HQ : use proxy
from gateways in local zone HQ : do not use proxy
from MCUs in local zone HQ : do not use proxy
You can configure a proxy or tell the gatekeeper not to use proxi for terminals..
gatekeeper
.......
gw-type-prefix 2#* default-technology
no use-proxy ATA default inbound-to terminal
no use-proxy ATA default outbound-from terminal
no shutdown
........

Hi Mladen,
You might find the following page beneficial:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/tech/tk652/tk701/technologies_tech_note09186a00800ab516.shtml
It refers to the requirement to use an H.323 proxy for all terminals that need to place calls.
