Callmanager express instability

Hi,

I have a CME 3.2.1 & Unity Express setup on a 2611 xm router with IOS 12.3(11). I have two main problems:

1. When adding or reloading any IP phone, all the registered phones unregister and I get the following console msgs "Feb 3 11:03:35.494: %IPPHONE-6-UNREGISTER_NORMAL: ephone-11:SEP001120C38196 IP:

192.168.100.93 Socket:3 DeviceType:Phone has unregistered normally.

Feb 3 11:03:56.753: %IPPHONE-6-REG_ALARM: Name=SEP001120C38196 Load=3.1(MF.G2)

Last=Phone-Re-IP"

and from the phone status, it says "TFTP timeout"

2. The second problem is the MWI is always on. I cleared the msgs from the mailboxes and issued a "mwi refresh all" but the mwi is still on.

1) Does the phone get this TFTP timeout and then registers normally? You could issue a "debug tftp packet" and "debug tftp events", reset a phone and see what it's looking for.

2) Have you looked through:

In particular, take a careful look at the ephone-dn that has 'mwi off' configured on it. If, let's say you have extension 1000 and the MWI off number is 99.... then you should see (with the "debug ccsip messag" on the router) CUE send a SIP INVITE message to: 991000.
