CallManager Server Migration

I'm upgrading my server hardware to something that can handle more users. Where can I find the procedure for migrating the dial plan, phones, etc? I have CCM version 4.02.

BARS will do that for you.

Backup old server using BARS to a network share

Install new server with same name, IP address, CM version and restore the database using BARS.

When you do this there could be an ip address conflict. So you will have to disconnect the primary CM off the network and connect the new one, in order to restore the database. I would expect a few hours of downtime during this process.
