With CUCM can a user have a list of intercom speed dial buttons that will also monitor the presence of the remote phone? Kind of like a BLF does?
If not, any ideas on how an expansion module can be configured so that the receptionist can see the presence of all users AND be able to dial intercom numbers from the same button?
Is it possible that the DNs could be setup to auto-answer on internal calls and ring normall from external calls? That would be a suitable work-around in this case.
