Can not uninstall CDR Analysis and Reporting

I need to do a re-install of CDR Analysis and Reporting, but can not uninstill the version that is on CM. Is there something that needs to be done before I go to add/remove programs and attempt the uninstall. I spent 2 hours with TAC trying to do this and we were not successful!

I've been in your situation, except I spent way more than 2 hours on TAC.

A consultant I hired resolved the problem by removing the orphaned CDR entry in the database and registry, CDR installed without a problem after.

I can't remember the exact registry entry, so I'll ask him and get back to you.
