Can't save in-room control updates on SX20

Good morning! I'm testing an upload of an .XML file (roomcontrolconfig.xml) and while I can get into the editor and load the file, I can't figure out how to apply the changes.

My SX20 is on CE 9.3 and have a Touch 10 connected.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
