Can user be synced across ILS?

I have two clusters using ILS GDPR and call routing is working great.

I can see directory uris being synced. However, I would like jabber users in each cluster to be able to search for users in the other without using LDAP.

Currently jabber users an only search for users within their cluster.

Is this possible?

That's not what ILS is for, if you're using UDS for Jabber then you would need to configure your LDAP sync to:

A) Sync the other domain/sub-domain assuming it's part of the same forest

B) If different forests, perform a multi-forest integration

If you're not using LDAP sync, then you'd need to create all your users in both clusters for that to happen.
