I have got an issue with only one user where she has not got any sort of problems in placing and receiving calls while connected to our network through VPN, however she cannot hear the caller when in office for call received by external numbers.
When she places calls everything is working fine.
Any idea of what is causing this issue?
Any help could be higly appreciated.

Check that you have a firewall either physical, or on the PC. Or maybe that you have NAT in between.

Are you connected through a VPN? I Have the same issue

Have her check "Optimize for Low Bandwidth" in the audio tab.
