Cannot View Call Handler

Hello Everyone,<br>We are running Unity 3.1 and Lost some Call Handlers some way. We had a call Handler Named Help Desk that was on extension 1000. Currently when someone calls 1000 and goes to voice mail the get the Systems default greeting. When I go the the Call Handler View to select a Call handler the Help desk Call Handler is not shown. BUT, when I try to add the Call Handler with extension 1000 , Unity tells me that the Extension is in use by ch_IHelpDesk. <br>How can I get this Call Handler back. Or How can I delete this call Handler.<br>Thanks<br><br><br>

Try the DBwalker utility from www.answermonkey.net -- it has an option to remove orphaned handlers.

Also, double-check the subscriber directory to be sure the box isn't there instead.
