CAPF does not exist after upgrade to 4.1.3

Dear All,

I have upgrade Callmanger from 4.02a to 4.1.3. After upgrade, I found that on CallManager Control Center, there is a error showing that "Certificate Authority Proxy Function Doesn't Exist"

How can I add these service to Windows 2000 and CallManager Server.

Cisco Certificate Authority Proxy Function service is available under the Service Activation page of Callmanager.
