Hi,
When User A is associated to a Phone and this user phone device is monitored by the AC user. It is not possible anymore to generate a individual summary or detailed report for this User A. These calls are accumulated in the in the individual reports of the AC user. Is this a know problem or can you solve this???

Verify that the following CDR service parameters are set properly:

I only enabled the services CDREnabled and CallDiagnosticsEnabled. The rest I leave default.
In my opion should this be enough.
