Re: ccm 3.3(3) sR1 Issues ?

I am running 3.3.(3) SR1 and Unity 4.0.2 and Iam seeing port lock ups , some one way audio issues with a mgcp gateway on a 2650xm as well as a few other strange things. I am wondering if anyone else running this code has seen any strange things crop up with Call Manager after putting on SR1 I have another site without sr1 and it seems fine for the most part.

I am also running 3.3(3) SR1 with Unity4.0(2) with a single 2651XM + AIM-VOICE-30 module but I have not run into any problems whatsoever.

What is the OS Image on both implementations and are they different from one another?

Hi

i had one way voice issues between IP phones and a gateway - running 3.3.3 sr1 - Upgraded the phone firmware to the latest code and problem went away.

We had similar problems when we applied OS 2000.2.5 and the sr1 for os 2000.2.5 to our CCM 3.3(3) sr1 cluster. One way audio and disconnected calls to our IPCC agents. Another forum entry mentioned bad phone loads was the root cause. I backed out the maintenance after we started getting problems and we have not re-applied the maintenance. We are still waiting on TAC to send us the engineer special phone loads that corrects the problem. (Note: removing the OS 2000.2.5 maintenance corrected the problem)

We must be the "beta test" site for Cisco, heh. We got new phone loads after we did the above upgrades and have since had the problems resolved. Everything is working fantastic for us, however Im a bit hesitant to put on SP5sr2.

Were running 333 with Sr1 and OS 2000.2.5 SR2 with latest phone loads and everything seems ok.

We were running CCM 333 OS 2000.2.4sr5 no problems. Went to OS 2000.2.5sr2. MGCP CMM PRI blade is having issues. 3 PRIs look to be 100% functional however calls are busy with cause of circuit not avail. Reboot CCM starts working again. Sh voc port sum all ports avail, sh isdn st all layers up, sh mgcp status connect to both CCM good.

Were using the latest phone loads P003.5.0.3 for the 7940/60 and P004.5.0.3 for the 7910.

All gateway's are H.323 not MGCP

is there a way to remove 2000-2-5 & 2000-2-5sr2 without re-imaging / re-installing.

What phone load are you running? Sounds like the one way voice problem might be related to bug CSCeb19725. This bug is fixed in phone load P00405000300.
