I have installed a CCM 3.3(2) Cluster.
While configuring the Extension Mobility on either of the servers, I create an IP Phone service with the URL pointing to http://IP_Address_of_CCM/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#
But this service does not appear in the service list when I try to Configure it in Service Parameters. The Tomcat serv. is running.
Please advise

Make sure under CCMService - Tools - Service Activation, then choose the server that the CallManager you want it to run on or you suppose it is running and see if it has been activated.
