CCM 3.3 Extension Mobility activation

I have installed a CCM 3.3(2) Cluster.

While configuring the Extension Mobility on either of the servers, I create an IP Phone service with the URL pointing to http://IP_Address_of_CCM/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#

But this service does not appear in the service list when I try to Configure it in Service Parameters. The Tomcat serv. is running.

Please advise

Make sure under CCMService - Tools - Service Activation, then choose the server that the CallManager you want it to run on or you suppose it is running and see if it has been activated.

All the Services are activated. Below is a copy of SERVICE ACTIVATION Page.

I have checked the Windows 2000 registry but did not find any entry for emapp user!!

Service Name Activation Status

NT Service

Cisco CallManager Activated

Cisco Tftp Activated

Cisco Messaging Interface Activated

Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App Activated

Cisco CTIManager Activated

Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher Activated

Cisco MOH Audio Translator Activated

Cisco RIS Data Collector Activated

Cisco Extension Mobility Logout Activated

Cisco Database Layer Monitor Activated

Cisco CDR Insert Activated

Cisco Extended Functions Activated

Tomcat Web Service

Cisco IP Manager Assistant Activated

I have the same problem. Did you figure this out yet?
