CCM 4.1.2 welcome message to external callers is possible?

Hi,

I have CCM 4.1.2 and i'm using attendant console.

If someone call to enterprise

i'd like to know if it is possible to ear a message like that " Welcome to enterpise XYZ , please wait!"

Is that possible or do i need unity or IPCC ?

Stand alone CCM cannot provide this functionallity, you can either use Unity Call Handler or CRA script to play the message.

CRA comes with CCM 4.1.2 CD package or do i have to order it?

Can i install it in same server ?
