I'm new in this technology; just got to install CCM 4.1.3 and Unity VM 4.0. CCM indicates that VM ports have registered but Unity logs show errors of "not registered"...where should I start to look into ? thanks for help.

so the logs say that they are not registers?..on the call manager are you seeing them registered?.i used the voice mail wizard to set up everything. and in unity i just created a new integration and verified that the communication was sucessful. if the ports are not registered the only thing i can think of after that is partitions and calling seach spaces.

Thank you, Sir. I have resolved the problem: the image is for UM but I config Unity as VM so it requires different license keys.
