CCM 4.1 Callback support through PSTN

Does cisco support CCM callback feature over PSTN's?

We currently have a T1 PRI controlled by MGCP and when testing this feature, it states that it is not support on this number. Internally to the CCM network, it works fine.

The callback feature will not work with ouside callers. It's impossible to conrol device outside of the CallManager reach, which is what the PSTN is.
