Hello everyone. I have an RMA replacement for my CCM and Unity equipment. I don't really want to rebuild them from scratch. Anyone have any experience with ghosting these systems? It is the exact same hardware. Does CCM and UNITY bind anything to the MAC?
Thanks!

CCM does not support Ghosting as such. Unity may support, but I haven't tried. You can backup & restore the CCM & Unity Configs. CCM uses BARS (Backp & Restore System http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_installation_guide_chapter09186a00801ebeac.html).
The following link talks on the procedure for backing up the data

We use ghost all of the time in our demo center to restore configs. Ghost will work on CCM and Unity but is not supported by Tac.
I know that the Cisco training partners use this to as well, to restore their units back to the original config after each class is done on Friday.
